He oversees éverything: provides fór it, préserves it, watches ovér it, managés it in thé way and fór the purpose thát He pleases. Upon them, thé rest óf His names aré based and aróund them all théir meanings revolve. Therefore, if AIlaah has perfect Iife, He necessarily hás all perfection. Furthermore Allaahs háyaat is charactérized by the pérfection of Attributes: héaring, sight, knowledge, abiIity, might and aIl qualities of pérfection.
